Experience optimizing and
refactoring application

Large scale web
development experience for
performance, stability, reliability, and scale.

production-level code Professional, precise communication skills.
Lead continuous delivery
of high standard application
and deliver a cutting edge interactive and engaging customer experience.
Collaborate with front-end
developers and other
team members to establish objectives, design and deliver cohesive
business systems and enhanced
user experience.
Establish technical
strategy, architecture, and
roadmap for scalability of the application.
Execute in a hands-on
capacity alongside the
team on projects and day-to-day technical work.
Solutions-oriented

Operate with agile
software methodologies.
Experience in creating
Graphic content for Marketing and Sales purposes.
Collaborate with the
marketing team to design a variety of assets including social media
designs, blog designs, landing page designs, animations, digital ads,
site graphics, iconography, illustration, etc.
Familiarity with Print
media and Advertising.
Understand requirements
and create UI/graphic assets to meet the requirements.
Must be proficient with
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. Other design tools.
Passion and enthusiasm for
design, with a creative flair.
Excellent communication
skill (written & Verbal).
Accuracy and attention to
detail when finalizing designs.
Being open to constructive
feedback, positive criticism and willing to make changes to designs.
Fine arts (Commercial Art)
graduate.
1+ years of professional
experience as a designer in web & social media.
Develop web based user
interfaces that target
multiple browsers and devices using adaptive and responsive design
patterns.
Responsible for the
business and data logic of the applications, models, functions,
prototypes, promises, business processes objects, etc.
Good at Analysis,
designing, coding, debugging.
Build new features with
needed customization as per the project requirements.
BE, BSc, MCA graduates
with min 1 years of hands on experience in website development using
Responsive Website Designing(RWD) And Bootstrap.
Excellent understanding of
HTML5 ,CSS3, XML, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX development experience in a
Linux environment.
Experience working on
Wordpress is mandatory.
Strong experience
programming light weight code, refactoring, optimizing.
Use Source control tool
(GIT), for bug tool (Mantis or Bugzilla)
Good to have Angular JS.
Good to have Joomla.
Should possess excellent
communication skill.
Can do attitude.
Work on application
development lifecycle
activities that include: Analysis, Design, Coding, & Implementation.
Execute all phases of
software application projects including resolving issues and helping to
ensure successful delivery.
Translate designs and
wireframes into high quality code.
Ensure the best possible
performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
Identify and correct
bottlenecks and fix bugs.
BE, BSc, MCA graduates
with min 1 years hand on experience on Android application development
with a strong focus on native application development and guidelines for
smartphone and tablets.
Strong knowledge of
Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with
different screen sizes.
Familiarity with RESTful
APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
Strong knowledge of
Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Experience with offline
storage, threading, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with the use
of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers.
A knack for benchmarking
and optimization.
Understanding of Google’s
Android design principles and interface guidelines.
Proficient understanding
of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Familiarity with
continuous integration.
Experience in PHP will be
added advantage.
